Dock the robot vacuum cleaner manually, remove the mop beforehand and set the charging station upright. If problems persist, optimised charging contacts can be requested via MEDION Service.
Loosen the screws and then carefully separate the plastic clips that connect the housing halves. Please note that modifications to the device may limit the warranty, as only the delivery condition is fully guaranteed.
