What should I do if I have charging problems with the MEDION X20 SW (MD 11415) / MEDION X21 SW+ (MD 11500) vacuum robots?

Answer

If your Robot Vacuum Cleaner returns to the charging station after vacuuming / mopping and is not charged, the following points can help:

• Dock the robot vacuum cleaner manually to the charging station
• Remove the mop before docking
• Position the charging station exactly straight on the ground in an area without direct sunlight.
