Use the MSInfo32 program, which is started by entering ‘msinfo32’ in the Run dialogue (Windows key + r). There you will find the mainboard designation under ‘System overview’ behind ‘BaseBoard product’.
Activate the Windows clipboard from version 1909 with Windows key + V. Copy with CTRL + C and call up the list of entries with Windows key + V as well.
Open the command prompt as administrator and enter "net user administrator /active:yes" to activate the account. Set a password with "net user administrator *".

Disconnect the webstick, uninstall the ALDI TALK connection wizard, restart the computer, run the fix and reinstall the webstick. Everything should then work again.
If your device does not start properly, disconnect all external devices and restart, or use the automatic repair and reset the PC. If this does not help, perform a system restore or repair the master boot record via the command prompt.
