My Web Stick is not working anymore, what can I do?

Answer

Proceed as follows:

1. Disconnect the web stick from your notebook / PC
2. Uninstall the ALDI TALK Connection Wizard
3. Restart the computer
4. Download the fix for the Connection Wizard
5. Change to the folder containing the downloaded zip file and unzip it
6. Start the unpacked file “run.cmd”
7. When the process is complete, connect and reinstall the Web Stick.

Now everything should work as usual.
