Bluetooth pairing problems can be caused by device settings or app authorisations. Check all devices and apps involved to resolve connection problems.

The NUM Lock function is probably active. Switch it off by pressing the SHIFT + FN + NUM Lock, FN + Ins or FN + NUM buttons simultaneously.

Switch off the refrigerator, unplug the mains plug, remove the lamp cover and replace the bulb with a suitable one.

Switch off the wine temperature control cabinet, disconnect the cables, press and hold the power button for 15 seconds and restart it after reconnecting.

Install the software patch by downloading the file, unzipping it and executing it with administrator rights to activate the CoPilot button.

You can use the antenna connection with either the included wire antenna or another antenna that has a coaxial plug.

Switch off the device, clean the lens on the bumper and test the mobility of the bumper. Then lift the robot and check the underside of the front bumper for foreign objects, which should be removed if necessary.

The grill does not switch off due to a fault, the indicator light goes out when the temperature is reached. If there are problems with heating up, check the socket, extension cable and temperature control connection.

If warm air gets inside the fridge, the moisture will freeze when it cools down. To avoid this, the door should not be left open for long, it must close properly and only cooled food should be placed inside.

Flashes or sparks in the microwave are caused by dirt, metal objects or a scratched coating. Switch off the microwave immediately to prevent damage.

Sparks occur if the mains cable is plugged in before connecting to the audio system. To avoid this, first insert the plug into the device and then into the socket.

A slow or crashing system may be due to outdated software or full hard drives. Update regularly and use tools such as the MEDION Service App to detect errors.

Use the MSInfo32 program, which is started by entering ‘msinfo32’ in the Run dialogue (Windows key + r). There you will find the mainboard designation under ‘System overview’ behind ‘BaseBoard product’.

MEDION devices use an alphanumeric code. Contact the manufacturer of the universal remote control, as the codes are defined there and vary depending on the remote control.

Check in the settings under HDMI EDID whether HDMI 1.4 is selected and change it from 2.0 to 1.4 if necessary.

Fold a handkerchief into a square, place it over the ink tank sealing lever and secure the filling opening with adhesive tape to prevent the ink from leaking.

Switch off the keyboard, remove the 2.4G receiver, press ESC + Q and plug the receiver back in. For the mouse, hold down the scroll wheel and the right mouse button while switching it on and then plug in the receiver. Bring both devices close to the receiver until the flashing stops.

Place a switched-on flashlight inside and switch off the room light. If light shines through, the seal is leaking. For glass doors, stick a piece of paper in the door and pull it out. If there is no tension, the seal may be defective.
