First log in to the service homepage or create an account. You can then enter the specific MSN of your device under My account and Register new product.
Each appliance has a type plate with MSN / MD number. Depending on the appliance type, this can be found on the underside, rear, inside or on the packaging.
The robot vacuum cleaner can only be used offline by pressing the start / pause button for vacuuming and mopping, as well as returning to the charging station. Many advanced functions and scheduled cleaning are not available without the app.
The error message “Please check clean water tank” can be caused by dirty detectors in the water tank. Cleaning with a salt solution or pH-neutral cleaning agent can help. Also check and clean the dirty water intake opening and the fresh water nozzle.
Dock the robot vacuum cleaner manually, remove the mop beforehand and set the charging station upright. If problems persist, optimised charging contacts can be requested via MEDION Service.
In standby mode, press the ‘Start time’ button on the remote control until the time flashes on the display. Then press the yellow button on the remote control to confirm the setting.
Install the Life+ app, connect your smartphone to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and follow the instructions in the app to pair the robot vacuum cleaner. After a successful connection, the app will display a confirmation message.
Switch off the robot vacuum cleaner, remove the battery, press the main switch several times or press and hold the on / off switch. Then reinsert the battery and restart the appliance.
Switch off the device, clean the lens on the bumper and test the mobility of the bumper. Then lift the robot and check the underside of the front bumper for foreign objects, which should be removed if necessary.
This may be caused by a swollen battery, which poses a fire risk. MEDION advises you not to use or charge the device and to prepare it safely for disposal.
Windows 11 requires at least a 1 GHz processor with 2 cores, 4 GB RAM, 64 GB storage space, TPM 2.0 and DirectX 12-capable graphics. Internet and a Microsoft account are required to install Windows 11 Home.
