All of the following solutions must be carried out for the error message.
1. Water conductivity:
The use of a chemical cleaning agent in the fresh water (not permitted) or fresh water that is too calcareous (which may have been in the tank for 1-2 days or longer) can cause the detectors in the water tank to become dirty or corroded. As a result, the robot mop may have problems recognising the water level and therefore displays the error message "Please check clean water tank".
This can be remedied by mixing half a teaspoon of table salt with water in the fresh water tank (alternatively, 2-3 drops of pH-neutral detergent can be used). Shake the tank well, leave to stand for 10-15 minutes and shake again. After cleaning, pour out the water again and then rinse the tank with clear water. Then dry the + / - contacts.
2. Dirty water suction port:
In individual cases, a soiled dirty water suction port can cause the fault. This must be cleaned.
3. Fresh water nozzle error:
If the appliance has not been used for a long time and the error message "Please check clean water tank" appears, please fill approx. 5-20 ml of water into the fresh water nozzle using a suitable object.
⚠️Note⚠️ Distilled or demineralised water must also not be used for cleaning. In this case, the detectors also do not recognise water because the pH value is too low.
