Switch off the machine by setting the programme controller to the off position for three seconds. If the error occurs again after restarting, disconnect the power supply and contact customer service.

Insert the hand vacuum cleaner into the handle, increase the power and remove it again. Note that the suction power is reset when switching off.

The robot vacuum cleaner can only be used offline by pressing the start / pause button for vacuuming and mopping, as well as returning to the charging station. Many advanced functions and scheduled cleaning are not available without the app.

The overheating protection is activated if there is not enough cooling air in the appliance. This is a safety function and the appliance can be used again after about an hour.

To clean the dust container and the permanent filter, empty the container and clean the filter. To do this, open the appliance lid, remove the dust container and filter and empty both, rinse with water if necessary, clean the filter with a brush and replace everything after it has dried.

The error message “Please check clean water tank” can be caused by dirty detectors in the water tank. Cleaning with a salt solution or pH-neutral cleaning agent can help. Also check and clean the dirty water intake opening and the fresh water nozzle.

The error codes E01-E10 indicate various problems, such as blocked wheels, sensor faults, stuck positions or brush problems.

The appliance is always switched on using the power button.

There is a button on the back of the device body for disassembly.

This can be rectified by updating the device firmware to version V0.3.7.
