Question

Why does the MEDION MD 11328 dust mite vacuum cleaner switch off after a few minutes?

Answer

The appliance's overheating protection is activated if too much pressure is exerted on the mattress during suction, in which case not enough cooling air enters the appliance, causing it to overheat. This is a normal safety function to protect the appliance from damage.
After activating the overheating protection, the appliance must cool down for about 1 hour and can then be used again.

The appliance should only be used with light pressure over the mattress.
