Switch off the machine by setting the programme controller to the off position for three seconds. If the error occurs again after restarting, disconnect the power supply and contact customer service.
To clean the dust container and the permanent filter, empty the container and clean the filter. To do this, open the appliance lid, remove the dust container and filter and empty both, rinse with water if necessary, clean the filter with a brush and replace everything after it has dried.
