According to EU guidelines, MEDION notebooks can be delivered without a power adapter, which can cause performance and charging problems if third-party power adapters are too weak. Check that the power adapter has the required wattage, is USB Power Delivery Specification certified and that the battery is not in shipping mode.

A UEFI-bootable USB stick is used for flexible Windows installation. This USB stick can be easily created with tools such as Media Creation Tool or Rufus by downloading the Windows ISO file from Microsoft.

The ERAZER V1 (MD 60961) MSN 40084477 cooling kit is only compatible with the ERAZER Beast X40, while the ERAZER V2 (MD 62737) MSN 40091108 cooling kit is only suitable for the Beast 16 X1.

Remove WinHTTPAutoProxySvc from the registry and restart the PC or use the Windows recovery option ‘Reset this PC’ with the selection ‘Keep my files’.

The Avantum 15 E1 has a 0.1378 in (OD) x 0.0530 in (ID) x 0.4130 in (L) connector, while the Avantum 17 E1 (E1E and E1i) has 0.1575 in (OD) x 0.0669 in (ID) x 0.4016 in (L) connector. Both feature a positive inner and negative outer polarity.

First log in to the service homepage or create an account. You can then enter the specific MSN of your device under My account and Register new product.

The ERAZER Deputy P60 can be used without a battery without any problems. For permanent removal, we recommend activating shipping mode in the BIOS to reduce self-discharge.

The position of the notebook does not affect its cooling performance. As soon as the hoses are connected, the water circuit is a closed system with a pump in the external cooling kit.
