Set the appropriate screen refresh rate (refresh rate).

This could be due to a too low refresh rate (Hertz).

Check whether the transport protection film is still on the display and remove it if necessary.

Clouding or the torch effect occurs on televisions with side LED backlighting when the light-conducting plastic panel becomes uneven due to overheating. Avoid heat sources such as heaters or direct sunlight and ensure sufficient air circulation.

Download the original software from the MEDION website, unzip the file on a USB stick and follow the instructions in the installation guide.
