FAQs on finding the type plate (MSN / MD number)

Each device has a type plate with an MSN and an MD number.

• MSN / MD number for desktop PCs and All-in-One PCs

• You will find the product sticker with the relevant information on the bottom or back of your product.
      

• MSN / MD number for notebooks

• You will find the product sticker with the relevant information on the underside of your device.
      

• MSN / MD number for Robot vacuum cleaner, Internet radios, coffee machines, health, sports, hoovers, mixers, sewing machines, microwave ovens, audio systems, DECT telephones, toasters etc.

• You will find the product sticker with the relevant information printed on the bottom or back of the product or on the packaging of your product and, if applicable, enclosed in the packaging as a sticker.
      

• MSN / MD number for LCD and LED televisions

• You will find the product sticker with the relevant information on the back of your product.
      

• MSN / MD number for accessories for PC, monitors, navigation, printers, external hard drives, NAS, etc.

• You will find the product sticker with the relevant information on the bottom or back of your product.
       

• MSN / MD number for refrigerators, dishwashers, wine coolers, freezers, etc.

• You will find the product sticker with the relevant information either in the interior on the right-hand side or on the back of your product.
