Hallo Michl78 Es ist wohl leider nicht ganz einfach hier den Fehler selbst zu finden, aber ich würde vorschlagen, das Seitenteil vom PC-Gehäuse abzunehmen, und zu kontrollieren, ob der CPU-Kühler, das ist das Teil unter dem großen schwarzen Kunststofftrichter, fest sitzt. Man kann vorsichtig und mit wenig Kraft daran rütteln, um das festzustellen. (Der muss nämlich wackelfrei fest auf der CPU sitzen um zu funkionieren, das Lüfterrad muss drehbar sein. Manchmal reißt sich durch den Transport der Kühler von der Halterung frei, und hat dann keinen Kontakt zur CPU mehr, oder der Kühler ist total verstaubt, und das Lüfterrad ist darauf stecken geblieben.) Dann könnte ua. die SSD defekt geworden sein, wenn man nur noch ins BIOS komm, aber dann wäre die Frage, weshalb kommst nicht mehr heraus? Evt. stürzt der PC währenddessen ab. Also könnte zB. auch das Netzteil defekt sein (zB. Überspannung wegen Blitzschlag), oder die Tastatur einen Wasserschaden haben. Wenn man den PC schon mal offen hat, kann man auch gleich noch die CR2032 Knopfzelle mit Voltmeter überprüfen, ob die noch mindestens 3V hat. Also wenn man den Fehler mit solchen einfachen Schritten zur Kontrolle auf Fehlerquellen nicht findet, und man noch Garantie hat, kann man den PC ja zu Medion zurück schicken. Da bedarf es dann genauerer Überprüfung der einzelnen Komponenten, und ggf. müssen gefundene defekte Teile ausgetauscht werden. MfG. K.B.
