• What is MEDION Bytes & Benefits?

• MEDION Bytes & Benefits is our customer loyalty programme. With MEDION Bytes & Benefits, you have the opportunity to take part in exclusive discounts and promotions. This means you can benefit even more from every purchase you make with us.
  ⚠️Note⚠️ As a selected customer, your feedback is important to us in order to improve our loyalty programme.

• How can I participate?

• 1. Go to MEDION registration.
  2. Create a MEDION account or log in with your existing one.
  3. To join, click on the blue button under Discounts and Bonus Points.
  4. Here you can see a complete overview of your benefits.

• How do I register and earn bytes?

• You need a customer account at the MEDION Shop and also log in to the Loyalty Dashboard (your personal Bytes & Benefits overview) on the MEDION website.
  Whenever you are logged in, you automatically collect bytes with every purchase (shipping costs are not eligible for bytes).
  The collected bytes will be converted from ‘pending’ bytes to ‘confirmed’ bytes in your account within 24 hours of your order. If you cancel your order or exercise your right of withdrawal, the bytes for that order will be cancelled.

• How do I redeem my bytes?

• Log in to your customer account and go to the Your MEDION account section in the menu, then to the Discounts & bonus points section. There you will see all available rewards. Select your desired reward and click on Redeem. Your personal voucher code will then be displayed.

• How long are my bytes valid for?

• Your bytes are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase. After 18 months, any bytes you have earned will expire.
  When you redeem bytes for a voucher, the oldest bytes will be deducted from your account first.
  ⚠️Note⚠️ Bytes are non-transferable.

• When will I receive a voucher to redeem my bytes?

• All vouchers that you have activated in the Loyalty Dashboard are valid for three months.

• What happens if I want to return part of my order?

• If you return part of your order (e. g. one of three items), the bytes for the returned items will be deducted. You will receive the bytes earned for the items purchased.

• How do I leave MEDION Bytes & Benefits?

• You may cancel your membership at any time. After cancellation, all collected bytes will become invalid and can no longer be redeemed for future purchases.
  To do so, please contact Customer Service.
