Hello @Ezenia, and thank you for your feedback.   Just to be sure Windows 10 was not installed while Windows 11 was also installed?   You can only run the configuration program upon system startup. If the notebook has already started up, switch it off and restart it. Press the F2 key to run the UEFI configuration. Hallo @Defi,   Het is jammer te horen dat uw probleem nog niet is opgelost.   Het is ook mogelijk dat de grafische kaart niet goed is geïnstalleerd of is losgekomen. Open daarom uw PC nadat u deze van de voeding hebt losgekoppeld en zorg ervoor dat de grafische kaart stevig op de PC is aangesloten. Een andere reden kan zijn dat de PC oververhit raakt. Als u zeker wilt weten dat de vermelde drivers niet afkomstig zijn van later geïnstalleerde hardware of software, kunt u de pc ook resetten of opnieuw installeren met Win 10 en vervolgens opnieuw upgraden naar Win 11.   Groeten, EastClintwood ... Press the F9 key to automatically load factory settings. A message appears asking you to continue this operation by selecting OK or cancel the operation by selecting Cancel. 2. Confirm the changes by selecting OK and then press Enter. The BIOS Setup utility window appears with the cursor on the first value in the window. 3.
