Click "Restore to HDD" either with "no backup of user data" to erase all content or with "backed-up user data" to restore your configurations. Hi @uuusho    yes this does seem strange 2 BIOS versions, are you able to access the BIOS on boot and read the version that should show on the bottom of the screen?  I see the unit you have is sold in Spain, please check the service site and driver package for any Bios updates.   MSN 30030350 Spain https://www.medion.com/es/service/   UK https://www.medion.com/gb/service/    With the current version shown in the BIOS on boot we can check for any updated BIOS versions.   Thanks    ... Hi @kfsam    the error message you mention "irql not less or equal"  can happen due to various reasons such as faulty hardware, incompatible or outdated device drivers, corrupted system files, or malware infections.  Please ensure all the latest drivers are up to date and Windows updates have been performed.   drivers can be found https://www.medion.com/gb/service/ using your MSN also a diagnostics app is available here   a full factory reset may also help, instructions below if the overheating and blue screen continues please contact your local Medion service centre. hi @vkousik    the error Kernel-Power: Event ID 41Task category: 63 is mostly caused by a faulty Power Supply so I suggest that you replace your PSU, and verifying your plugs. dear @Cyanogen    Sorry for the late replay.   Has your issue been resolved?   connecting an external monitor to a laptop and expecting it to have the same MHZ is unlikely. The most likely cause of the issue is that the resolutions of each monitor are different and so the HDMI cannot keep up the same speeds.  If you are referring to the ribbon between the mainboard and the input ports, this will need to be assessed and tested to see if this is causing the issue.   there are way to many factors to take in when trying to troubleshoot the reported fault, so finding the exact issue will be very difficult with out testing the unit and monitors, and it will be deferent for every user.   thanks  ...
