Hi
I am an owner of an ERAZER ENGINEER P10 MD 35016.
The past year I am facing black screens and reboots, mostly under heavy GPU load. I am trying to figure the cause of the issue.
In windows Event Viewer the most commons critical errors are nvlddmkm & Kernel Power failure.
After a bit of research I found that a common cause of this might be PSU, since I tried other solutions with drivers reinstalling etc.
I used HWinfo to see voltage values in the motherboard and these:
Indicate low voltage. Is this true ?

Hi @Tpaslou
If your unit is within the warranty period and you contact your local Medion customer service centre they will be able to organise a new PSU to be sent to you free of charge.
If out of warranty the PSU should be available on the Medion service shop website https://www.medion.com/medionserviceshop/en/
If the issue continues please reach out on the forum or contact your local Medion service centre
Thanks
