A customer has an Erazer Defender P10 with the MSN number missing.
The Medion sofware does not work at all, so we cannot find out what the MSN number was.
We have contacted customer support over 10 times now, but they keep giving us random part numbers.
It doesn't matter if you give them the serial, they can't seem te find anything at all.
Does anyone know how to continue? The customer invoice does not contain any information and the reseller also doesn't know.

try reading the MSN via the service app:

if that doesn't work, try using msinfo32:
Win+R key =
Enter msinfo32 there, then hopefully this will appear with the MSN number:

Thank you for all the tips.
The BE MSN's all came back with the same, previously ordered part (40075753), which is wrong as there is a fingerprint cutout in the touchpad, which this model does not have.
The Medion Service app does not work, not even in a new Windows profile.
The MSInfo did not yield an MSN number sadly.

Maybe this will help. We have sent Medion an e-mail to see if they can repair the laptop, as we cannot order the right parts.
