Hello @Ezenia, and thank you for your feedback.   Just to be sure Windows 10 was not installed while Windows 11 was also installed?   You can only run the configuration program upon system startup. If the notebook has already started up, switch it off and restart it. Press the F2 key to run the UEFI configuration. There you should reset the settings to a state before the error occurred.   The last option would be to remove the Bios battery to reset it.   If the problem cannot be solved this way, the PC should be sent to the service please contact us here   Greetings, EastClintwood ... La mise à jour devrait être désinstallée et réinstallée si vous ne pouvez pas accéder aux paramètres de Windows, vous devriez accéder au BIOS et y charger une version antérieure à la mise à jour.   Salutations à tous, EastClintwood ... Hallo @Defi,   Het is jammer te horen dat uw probleem nog niet is opgelost.   Het is ook mogelijk dat de grafische kaart niet goed is geïnstalleerd of is losgekomen. Open daarom uw PC nadat u deze van de voeding hebt losgekoppeld en zorg ervoor dat de grafische kaart stevig op de PC is aangesloten. Een andere reden kan zijn dat de PC oververhit raakt. Hoi @JohanM, Ik neem aan dat er geen officiële Win 11 ondersteuning is voor dit model. Als u zeker wilt weten dat de vermelde drivers niet afkomstig zijn van later geïnstalleerde hardware of software, kunt u de pc ook resetten of opnieuw installeren met Win 10 en vervolgens opnieuw upgraden naar Win 11.   Groeten, EastClintwood ... Hi @Spurga,   I have received an answer from the department responsible for the solution:   The changes should not be made in the Control Centre, please select balanced in the energy settings. Hello @Deimaginator, and welcome to the Community.   First, I would like to test whether the PC starts normally without that new fan.   If all drives are recognised in the BIOS, you may need to restore the default settings: 1. Press the F9 key to automatically load factory settings. A message appears asking you to continue this operation by selecting OK or cancel the operation by selecting Cancel. 2. Confirm the changes by selecting OK and then press Enter. The BIOS Setup utility window appears with the cursor on the first value in the window. 3. Hallo @TMYNEY en welkom bij de community.   De robotstofzuiger staat in deze modus wanneer hij de basis zoekt en de batterij wil opladen. Laad de batterij op totdat de middelste LED knippert.
