If there is not enough storage capacity on the storage medium (HDD / memory card, etc.), installations cannot be started or may even be cancelled at a later time. Make sure that there is enough storage space available.
Some apps are not compatible with all hardware, so some apps will give error messages if they cannot be installed. If your app crashes or has connection problems, this FAQ will help you.
With smart TVs, apps can only be installed on TVs with an Android operating system. Other Smart TVs access their own, centralised online portal, where only the apps listed there can be used.
