Hallo neueruser001! Stürzt der Treiber für den WLAN-Adapter wirklich ab? Dann müsstest normalerweise eine Windows-Fehlermeldung bekommen, etwa wie "Gerät funktioniert nicht mehr". Im Gerätemanager müsste der WLAN-Adapter dann auch deaktiviert sein, oder inaktiv mit Ausrufezeichen. Oder bricht nur die WLAN-Verbindung wegen schlechter Empfangsqualität ab? Welche Treiberversion ist aktuell installiert? (sieht man im Gerätemanager unter Netzwerkadapter / Wi-Fi Adapter / Treiber). MfG. K.B. Ps. Was man gegen schlechte Empfangsqualität tun kann: WLAN-Router optimal aufstellen, idealerweise erhöht im Raum und nicht neben Metallobjekten, zB. oben auf einen Kasten drauf, dann strahlt er über kleinere Hindernisse hinweg. In gedachter Luftlinie vom WLAN-Router zum WLAN-Adapter sollten keine größeren undurchlässigen Hindernisse sein, wie zB. eine Metalltüre, denn dann wäre der WLAN-Adapter dahinter im Funkschatten. Da das WLAN-Dongle im Medion PC unter der Vorderfront aus Kunststoff fix eingebaut ist, hat es für Funkwellen die von hinter dem PC kommen nur einen schlechteren Empfang. Hier kann es helfen, den PC um 90 oder 180° zu drehen um den Empfang zu verbessern. Nachbars WLAN Netzwerk kann den Empfang stören. Ideal für 2,4 GHz sind die Kanäle 1,5,9,13. Wenn Nachbar zB. Kanal 7 benutzt, dann stört er wegen der größeren Kanalbreite 20Mhz die Kanäle 5 und 9 mit, wodurch sich die Empfangsqualität dort stark vermindert. Wenn Nachbar gar Kanalbreite 40Mhz verwendet, stört er mit Kanal 7 noch mehr Kanäle. Hier kann es Sinn machen, mal mit dem Nachbar bzgl. einer Frequenzaufteilung zu sprechen, dass er zB. Kanäle 1 und 5 verwenden darf, und 9 und 13 bleiben für den eigenen Gebrauch frei und ungestört.
