Hi @WinstonH , it is hard to tell you the fault without knowing exactly what has been been done to the unit. If there has been an attempt to flash or update/modify the BIOS, then it is possible that it's corrupted. But the type of fault you are experiencing can have many causes: unsuccessful Windows update, corrupted booting instructions, faulty disc, etc. If you have already had a technician seeing the unit, I would advise you to get in touch with your local Medion technical support team and check what are the possibilities for your case. Hi @Sibz , this print shows that the gaming center is using only 24 MB of memory, which is not much. Please order the list of apps running as per memory usage and check whether or not you have unnecessary apps running, even on background. Also, please go to the startup apps menu on your W10 (start menu -> settings -> apps & features -> Startup) and review the list of apps that are defined to run when your unit starts. The NB should be compatible with DDR4 SO-DIMM (PC4-21300/ 2666 MHz) RAMs SSD: Your unit comes with a 1TB SSD, which is above average. The NB should be compatible with M.2 PCI Express Gen3x4 SSDs To play on the safe side, always buy parts from resellers that would accept return and refund in case you are not able to use them. Hi @JK1994 , the CPU is integrated to the board so you will likely have to replace the MB of the unit in order to upgrade it. Our units' warranty varies but it is normally either 2 or 3 years. Regards, Gehringer

Hi @BronxCruz , and welcome to the forum! Does this noise happen when you are completely quiet as well? Have you already tried to update windows and drivers to theirs latest versions? If you have already backed up your data, then you could also try a factory settings reset. If none of these troubleshooting solve the issue, then you may need to return the unit back for a repair. I would suggest you to reconsider the decision of not sending it to Medion Service Centre, because that is the official recommendation to manage the 3 problems you've mentioned: fans not running, thermal paste issue and cooling fluid not circulating. Hi @rmonroe , please go to Medion USA website here and perform a search using your model (MD) number 85031. Then, click on "Driver Software Gaming Keyboard MEDION MD 85031" to expand the list of options and right-click over the red download banner.
