Hi @Dragoshhh , I believe the best solution for your case would be to return the unit to the workshop informing the problems you had with it. If you want to try to solve the problem yourself, please check this link here with insights on how to solve Blue Screen Problems. For BIOS updates, we always recommend you to use the Device Manager tool. Right click on start menu -> select device manager from the list -> right click on firmware -> select update driver -> use the automatic search option. If there is a BIOS update available, it will be installed Drivers updates can also be performed via the device manager, by selecting the specific driver and following the same procedure. Automatic Windows updates also install the latest version of these drivers so keep your Windows updated to its latest version, including optional driver package updates. Regards, Gehringer

Hi @DanSolo , Is the unit placed near any source of magnetic or electrical interference, such as near microwaves, routers or connected to outlet extensions shared by multiple devices? If so, try changing the unit from its place and re-try. Regards, Gehringer

Hi @Llcoolm , and welcome to the FORUM! For BIOS updates I'd always recommend using W10 device manager tool. Right click on Firmware, select the option "Update driver" and you can either let Windows look for the most recent BIOS version for you or you can browse your unit and select the folder on your USB where the files have been downloaded to. Hi @HaarisQureshi , a BIN file is an ancient image file. It is the old time equivalent to the ISO file that we use nowadays. Unfortunately you can't open it directly, you will need either to burn it to a disc or to mount it to a virtual drive. Please find instructions on how to do so using this link here Be aware that any procedure to update/flash the BIOS should be performed at your own risk, therefore Medion can't accept any responsibility on the outcome of your try. Hi @Infz , it looks like your unit is beeping when it enters sleep mode. To try to solve the problem, please do this test: - Type "Control Panel" on your windows search bar and open it - Make sure your icons are displayed as "categories" - Select Hardware and sound - Select Change system sounds - Under Sound Scheme, change the drop down list from the standard "Windows 10" to "No sounds" - Select Apply - Restart your unit Regards, Gehringer

Hi @alb_ruiz , when you receive the message saying that it cannot be executed more than once, please open your task manager, look for the Medion app program in the list of apps running and close all of its instances. Once it is done, you should be able to run it. Regards, Gehringer
