Hi @Mach59 ,   we and our Community folks would surely like to assist you on your question,but there´s lots of information to be provided from your side.   First of all we need the 8-digit- MSN article numner (3001xxxx) which is placed on a sticker onto the lower case of the laptop to identify your machine. Which operating system are you running, where did you download which version of the update (Win8 or Win 10) and did you ever tried updating the Bios via the Win Update functionality (including optional updates?). Da wir den ERAZER Engineer P10 MD 34485 PC in nur einer festgelegten Konfiguration vertrieben haben, kann ich Dir empfehlen, in Deiner Problematik diese FAQ zu Gemüte zu führen und sicherzustellen,dass Du die aktuellste Bios-Version installiert hast. Hi @skotlanti ,   I´m a bit unsure, bout my opinon, due to the fact, that I didn´t find any similar configuration of your system with a B360H4-EM in combination with a GTX 1650 D6 OC 4GB card. The 1650 has a bigger power consumption as the 1050, whichg can turn out to be a factor becaus of your current PSUP , which has 250 Watts.   I´d give it a try   Major ToM ... Afficher plus

Hi @popus_czy_to_ty ,   afaIk we did not implement any further Bios options except of those needed for the installation of the shipped OS andI also have no version documentation of the V 1.07.05.RME1. You surely can feel free to give it a shot, but of cause I have to mention, that for any errors, caused by the execution of this update, we don´ t accept any responsibility for damage or lost of data.   Cheers   Major ToM ... Hi @Juze-81 ,   we´re not completely sure about that, because our most powerful configuration with the B660H7-M20 has been with a RTX3070 8GB GDDR6 graphics card variant. Both cards have a similar power consumption, but depending on the model the RTX 4060 Ti could turn out to be almost 10 cm longer, so you would like have to check, if this fits to your current housing configuraton.   Cheers   Major ToM ... Hi @BL19 ,   please check this guide:   +++Installation instructions+++ Please proceed as follows: 1. Unzip the downloaded file 00_Bios_Crawler_E40_Deputy_P40.zip into a directory of your choice on the hard disk. 2. start the update process for the Bios under Windows by executing the file FF.inf in the BIOS folder by right-clicking with the menu command Install. 3.. restart your system 4. then start the update process for the EC under Windows by executing the FF.inf file in the FF folder by right-clicking with the Install menu command. 5. after the system has been restarted, the changes will take effect.   Cheers   Major ToM ... Hi @Ricou ,   I would check if you have the latest BIOS installed, but first of all we ned to know the 8-digit- MSN material number of your PC, which placedon the backside or alternatively on the lower side of the housing, starting with 1002xxxx. Hi @BL19 ,   that sounds quite strange, but let´s see, how we can assist. Generally this kind of error codes indicate, that there is a driver error (or a HW defect). The thing is, that the driver is provided by Windows Inbox and not via providable driver files, so at first you might run the MEDION Service App,which tests the hardware features of the camera. Of course you also could run a clean installation of the operating system via the Microsoft Media Creation Tool,but this would mean a lot of work.   Cheers   Major ToM ... Afficher plus

Hi @Zigzagg ,   what Fishtown correctly is pointing out is the fact, that the Community can provide detailed information  to your question, if we know in detail, which system you are working with.   ERAZER P10 is just an part of a brand name we not even have a glimpse,if you obtain a laptop or a desktop PC. Can you please provide the completre naming or(and) the 8-digit MSN article numner (like 3003xxxx or 1002xxxx). Hi   checking the status of the bios update I can confirm, that you have the latest version (BIOS 1.07.02aRME1) running on your machine.. What you could do is to run an "quick" residual discharge of the battery by pressing then power button for 10 seconds,but I rather suppose this to become a service case, in which you are likely to get in contact to your appropriate service center..   Cheers   Major ToM ...
