ERAZER Deputy P25 (MD 62306) UK DC jack and board

The power jack in only charges when a little pressure is applied in one direction so fundamentally it's not a short etc and I think a new jack and PCB (they are not part of the main motherboard thankfully) would fix it. I can't find that part either in the spares shop or even searching on ebay etc.

Can anyone help with how I can procure a replacement part? Laptop is still in warranty and have sent an email to support.

due to the fact, that the single spare part is not within the scope of the MEDION service shop, I guess you will have to open up a service case at your local Service center.
