The device turns off automatically, what can I do?

Please first check if the device is properly connected to a power source.
If possible try another power cord / power supply to rule out an issue with either of these.

If necessary disconnect the device from the power supply and reconnect it after 1-2 minutes.

Many modern devices also have separate power options that can be used to configure the auto-off time of the device. Please check it has been configured appropriately.
