Hi @Edman & @chefsahlam , this sounds kind of strange, because we already shipped PC units carrying the predecessor´s B460H4 equipped with DDR4-SDRAM modules (PC4-25600 / 3200 MHz), so if your modules are okay, the should run with more then 2400 MHz. The current Bios version of the ECS B4650h6-EM2 should be 1.16 and can be downloaded here. Hi @Delantonio , having searched the mainboard documentation I suppose it to be 3rd gen, but it´s definetely not pointed out clearly. Talking about PCIe: This has nothing to do with your question, but keep in mind, that the two M.2 slots available on your Z370 mainboard do not support all M.2 SSD types. Hi @JuliaB , this is not a good experience with the scanner, which was sold in 2012. We unfortunately have no product sample available, but can you manage to open the device? Of course there´s a risk of damaging the device, but I fear, that there´s no other option. Cheers Major ToM

Hi @Erazeruser , I´m very sorry for replying that late, but did you already rty to perform a power resset like described in this tutorial? Generally it´s required to dismount the laptop battery before performing the reset, but you might try it also without doing this as a first step. Cheers Major ToM

Hi @mxnceuh , if we´re talking about the MEDION LIFE X47023 (MD 86423) DV-Camcorder, which was sold in 2012 we can´t give you any advices, becaus we unfortunately we have no sample available anymore. Hi @pepsiguzzeler , on your MEDION AKOYA P6661 Skylake model we use DDR3 dual channel SO-DIMM modules (PC3-12800) which run on a max of 1600 MHz with 1,35V. The max evaluated RAM storage capacity of each slot is 8 GB. The unit has one SATA port (up to 6 Gb/s, max 2 TB capacity) and one 1 NGFF M.2 (2280) port up to 6Gb/s and a evaluated max.capacity og 512 GB. Does this help? Major ToM
