Hello @Thicc and welcome! Online games are very resource-intensive. If you haven't already, connect your PC via LAN instead of Wi-Fi. Close background programs. Try installing the games on your hard drive and playing them there instead of playing online (to see if the reduced performance/stuttering also occurs there). Check the Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) to see which programs are consuming a lot of resources while the system is running at reduced performance. Sur les deux, j'ai activé le mot de passe administrateur dans le BIOS et je les ai redémarrés. Ce mot de passe est requis sur les deux appareils ; sans lui, le système d'exploitation ne démarre pas. Si le menu de démarrage est protégé par un mot de passe (mot de passe administrateur/superviseur), ce mot de passe s'affichera également au redémarrage de l'ordinateur. Par conséquent, votre affirmation selon laquelle Windows 10 fonctionne normalement est probablement erronée. À moins qu'il n'y ait pas de mot de passe et que l'accès au menu de démarrage soit impossible pour une autre raison ? Pouvez-vous accéder au BIOS avec la touche F2 ?
