Recently, the laptop took a fall and the LCD back cover was bent. I’ve already had it professionally repaired, the technician straightened the cover as much as possible and reinforced the hinge mounts with epoxy resin. While the device is functioning perfectly, there is still a noticeable gap in the corner where the parts don't align perfectly. I’ve been unable to find a replacement back cover for this specific model.
Is there a specific official store or a partner where I can order this part using my MSN number? Also, since the hinges are now reinforced with epoxy, should I be concerned about long-term structural integrity, or is this likely just a cosmetic issue now? I've attached photos before and after the repair.

Hi @Delora and welcome
sparepart look here: https://www.medion.com/medionserviceshop/en/p/housing-medion-akoya-s15449-md-63955--de-30032181
If it works like that, I wouldn't change much. Maybe add a drop of hot glue and then press the remaining gap shut.
Otherwise, the technician did a good job, judging by the before and after pictures. The epoxy resin will hold better than the factory-applied version. But why didn't he order new parts?
