Unfortunately, this behavior can have many causes.
Make sure that a power source is connected and the power LED of the device is lit.
Reboot the system as it will erase all data in memory which can restore functionality.
If the problem persists, it may be related to the configuration of the connected devices. Please make sure that the latest software and driver updates are installed and that they are correctly integrated in the device manager.
Example: If certain USB devices have not been recognized correctly or their drivers are not correctly integrated, you can uninstall the drivers via the Device Manager. After a subsequent restart, the operating system will try to re-install the devices again.
