Why are picture and sound not synchronised?
Answer
There are several reasons that can cause a delay between sound and picture:
- A poor internet connection during streaming can result in the sound and picture not being synchronised. Connect your device to the Internet with a LAN cable to avoid interference with the Wi-Fi.
- Low computer performance, little memory and / or parallel running programmes can lead to a delay in sound and picture playback.
- Different frame rates on different recording and playback devices can cause out-of-sync picture and sound playback. Play back the recording with the recording device to check if the recording runs smoothly.
- Corrupted video files may also cause asynchrony. Test with another video file to see if the error still exists.
