Question
Why does the operating system not start?
Answer
If your device can be switched on but the operating system does not start, there is usually a software error:
- If the settings in the BIOS have been changed, the correct boot sequence must be set so that the system starts properly.
- If your system can still be started, load the last restore point and reset your system to a working state. You can access this directly via the search bar by entering the word: restore point.
- Restoring the delivery state helps to correct any software problems. To do this, reinstall the operating system and perform all updates.
