There are several reasons that can cause a delay between sound and picture:
A poor internet connection during streaming can result in the sound and picture not being synchronised. Connect your device to the Internet with a LAN cable to avoid interference with the Wi-Fi.
Low computer performance, little memory and / or parallel running programmes can lead to a delay in sound and picture playback.
Different frame rates on different recording and playback devices can cause out-of-sync picture and sound playback. Play back the recording with the recording device to check if the recording runs smoothly.
Corrupted video files may also cause asynchrony. Test with another video file to see if the error still exists.
