if you are running the current Bios N1.23MED08_EC_1.14.00 with the latest Windows updates and the issues are still occurring, I´d suggest to get in contact with your local service team, tohave the option to open up a service/repair case.

That seems to be the case. I read something about there being two manufacturers for the same machine, TongFang and Clevo, but I don’t know who makes what for who. I just know that my Medion X40 happily ran the XMG bios. I’m now actually on an Eluktro bios, but that was custom made by someone for me, not available for anyone else.
