If no repair is to be done after the cost estimation, normally two options are offered, either to send the device back unrepaired or to dispose of it on site. 2. we are sorry to hear that the laptop has problems with the fan after only about 3000 hours of operation. Hallo @Huib_N, en welkom bij de community.   Test eerst of de PC weer opstart na het volgen van deze stappen. 1. Sluit de PC af. 2. Als uw machine een hoofdschakelaar heeft, zet deze dan op 0 of OFF. 3. verwijder alle verbindingskabels Houd vervolgens de aan/uit-knop ongeveer 15 seconden ingedrukt om de reststroom van alle elektronische componenten in het product te ontladen. 4. Als uw product geen aan/uit-knop heeft, wacht dan 5 minuten. Sluit alleen het nodige aan, zet de hoofdschakelaar op 1 of ON en start uw product opnieuw op. Het zou de voedingseenheid kunnen zijn, maar er zijn ook andere redenen. Neem contact op met Service dienst als ik u niet kon helpen.   Groeten, EastClintwood ... Meer weergeven

Hello @Raghad, @MoAni   and welcome to the community.   To test whether your problems are caused by a software or driver problem, you can test quite easily: You need to go into the BIOS and look for the menu item where you can define a BIOS password. Huidige status van levering??? Dat ze opeens afgelopen zaterdag wel ineens de straat konden inrijden om het pakket af te geven, terwijl track en trace nog aangaf dat het pakketje niet vertrokken was Pakket was gewoon aan de deur afgezet en chauffeur was al weer verder an het rijden. Maandag stond dan ineens op track & trace dat mijn pakket onderweg was en rond de middag was het afgeleverd bij de parcelshop. NIET DUS, bende leugenaars. Verder was er een item tekort en verpakking was beschadigd. Zending gaat weer retour, foto's bijgevoegd, in afwachting van retourpapieren. Nooit geen DPD meer voor mij!!!!!!!!!! ... Meer weergeven

Greetings, just wanted to ask if the problem was already found? Had it happen a couple of times and it seriously doesn't want to turn on for at least 10 minutes.    The problems have also only been happening since I started using the stationary mode for power supply, can't recall that there were incidents like this before that. So is there some kind of problem with that? If the power cable isn't plugged in while you try to use the laptop on that setting? ... Meer weergeven

Hello @ChasingRainbows, and welcome to the community.   If the problem occurred after a Windows update, you can restore full functionality by loading an earlier Windows version (before the update): In the "Control Panel" you will find the menu item "Open System Restore" under the heading "Advanced Recovery Tools". There you can choose between available recovery times.
