i just bought a new jbl vibe 100 earbuds and tested in my phone and my friends laptop it is working perfectly but when i tried to connect my Medion Erazer P6605 , there was no sound or there was a noise like that "i irl h worl"
after that i tried to connect my phone to the laptop but i couldnt and reinstalled win11 in offical microsoft server reinstalled Bluetooth drivers and still same...
Please help me

Hello @Lahmeren, and welcome to the community.
To run a diagnostic, do the following:
Settings > System > Troubleshooting > Other troubleshooting. Next to Bluetooth, select "Run" and follow the instructions.
