Hi @xenonwon ,   have you tried using an external monitor to see if the screen keeps flickering on it too? Hi @Samqi ,   your photos show that this is not a Medion product, despite the fact that the connectivity is done via the Medion App. It explains why you can't find the MSN number on it.   I would recommend you to test the following steps to connect your panel to Google home: - Go to Google Home, then - Settings - Assistant - Smart Home Assistant - Click on the + symbol - Search for our LIFE app - Add your mail address & password (without a blank space) - Go and configure as you like to   If it does not work, I can recommend you to contact the manufacturer "Paul Neuhaus“ or the distributor "Leuchtendirekt.com"   I hope it helps.   Regards, Gehringer ...
