My device no longer shows an image, what can I do?
If your product is used as an external playback device, please check whether the connection cable (e.g. HDMI, Scart etc.) is plugged in correctly and if necessary, unplug all cables once and plug them in again after a few seconds.
Check if the player, e.g. DVB-T2, DVD player, PC etc., is eventually not delivering a picture. Therefore simply connect another player to your product and check whether a picture is now displayed.
With TV sets, you can select the correct signal source with the remote control in order to display the picture of the corresponding source (e.g. VGA, HDMI1, HDMI2 etc.).
In addition, you can activate or deactivate the corresponding display sources in the settings of the device. You will find instructions on how to do this in the manual for your product.
