Hello @Igor28
Thank you very much for the reply.
Unfortunately, this raises a few questions.
Why is the download for version 1.07.09RME1 listed with "Specialist P10" in the name when it's not actually for that model?
In this post: https://community.medion.com/t5/ERAZER-Gaming-NBs/ERAZER-SPECIALIST-P10-MD62434-DE-Fragen-zu-BIOS-US...
the download is linked for a Specialist P10 (62434=NP60PNP), and in post 11, it's shown as successful. How can that be if it's the wrong one?
To make matters even more confusing: There are two identical downloads with different sizes (00_Bios_Specialist_P10.zip): version 04 and version 09.

Version 04 (18,3MB): https://cdn.medion.com/downloads/software/00_Bios_Specialist_P10_.zip
Version 09 (56,9MB): https://cdn.medion.com/downloads/software/00_Bios_Specialist_P10.zip

Das ist alles ein wenig verwirrend, sogar widersprüchlich, denn das Bios
" 00_Bios_Specialist_P10.zip " (nach Entpacken 1.07.09RME1) wird im von Fishtown verlinkten Download so benannt:
--> d:\...\00_Bios_Specialist_P10.zip \ BIOS \ NPx0PNx.09RME1
Sollte also zum Board
--> for Clevo PNP models like ERAZER Deputy P30, Specialist P10
doch passen?
Denn wenn man die " x'e " ersetzt?

Edit:
Sehe gerade Fishtown hatte gerade parallel geposted.

Vergleicht man die Inhalte sieht du dass die Version 09 eine allumfassende Installationsmöglichkeiten bietet, mit der ME und der kompletten .bin.
Es hat die 3 Verzeichnisse
ALL\
BIOS\
FF\
Aber letztlich gleichlautend von den Bezeichnungen der FW her gleich, bis auf die Versionsangabe. Hier irrt sich @Igor28 wohl.

Howdy,
if I may step in , I provided the info to @Igor28, because I knew, that PNJ/PNK/PNH on the one hand & PNP on the other were using identical drivers, but referring to my knowledge operating with different graphic chips.
So I came to the conclusion that it would be better to take two diffenrent Bios versions, but as I now read my own conversations from 2024 the 1.07.09RME1 might also be suitable for the PNP series (even if the temperatures could not be effectively decreased.
Cheers

Which way did you try?
Did you decompress the zip first in a new folder??? And then did you do an Windows Install with the FlashWinX64.bat as an admin?
Did you use the 56 MB (58258 K ) download with these 3 folders
\ALL
\BIOS the FlashMEWinX64.bat in this folder=
\FF
Edit:
You could take the inf install from the FF folder instead; therein the NP5XPNX.BIN is mentioned as NP5XPNX.BIN to be flashed
Make a right click on the FF, and choose inf install from the context menu.
So steht es in der FF.inf
[SourceDisksFiles]
NP5XPNX.BIN = 1
[DestinationDirs]
DefaultDestDir = %DIRID_WINDOWS%,Firmware ; windows\Firmware
[Strings]
; localizable
Provider = "Clevo Corp."
MfgName = "Clevo Corp."
FirmwareDesc = "1.07.09RME1"
DiskName = "Firmware Update"
If that isn't possible, press Win tab + X --> Device Manager --> Systemfirmware --> guide to the decompressed folder C:\00_Bios_Specialist_P10.zip \ FF\
and let Windows do the job.
The difference lies in the two FlashWinX64.bat in the folder Bios
Version 09 sets Bios name to NPx0PNx; in contrary
Version 04 sets Bios name to NP5xPNP.
There are two bin files in the V. 09 download.
NP5xPNP.bin (18590 k) and
NPx0PNx .09RME1 (32768 k)
But in the FlashWinX64.bat only the NPx0PNx.09RME1 is called.
So my question is, couldn't we just exchange in the V. 04 download the V 04 NP5xPNP. bin with the newer V.09 NP5xPNP. bin ?
Or ist the NP5XPNP04.exe in the V 04 DL a limitating factor?
