Why does my device has a shorter battery life than specified?
Answer
The standby and talk times mentioned are laboratory values. The exact battery performance depends on many factors. For example, the screen time, brightness of the display, possible radio cell changes, active background applications, external conditions such as the ambient temperature and the like have an influence on the battery life. In addition, with older battery technology, a memory effect can occur if the battery is permanently charged incorrectly.
