My device no longer shows an image, what can I do?
If your product is being used as an external player please check if the connection cable (for example HDMI, Scart, etc.) is properly plugged in. If you are unsure then unplug them and reiinsert them to make sure they are connected and seated correctly.
Perhaps the player, e.g. DVB-T2, DVD player, PC etc. shows no picture? Just plug another player into your product and see if there is an image.
For TV sets, you can use the remote control to select the correct source (for example, VGA, HDMI1, HDMI2, etc.).
In addition, you can enable or disable the corresponding display sources in the settings of the device. For this you will find instructions in the product`s user manual.
