The hard drive makes clicking noises, what can I do?

• Both Windows and the built-in hard disk have an energy management.
  To coordinate them better, the latest Intel Rapid Storage driver should be installed.
  Alternatively, the Windows Energy Management can be deactivated. You can do this as follows:
• Press the key combination Windows key + i and type energy into the search field
• Click on Advanced Power Settings
• Open the Hard Disk branch in the settings list
• Set the value after Setting (Minutes) to Never

• The clacking noises will then no longer occur.
