I have the same problem, one day my laptop just didn't have working sound and i also note my fans are not working. Maybe there is more things i haven't found out yet. I am not so good with computers, i just want it to work. I tried to do the fixes people used but nothing works for me, will there be a update that fix all of this or do i have to return this laptop to have a working one.   Any help is more then welcome!.   I feel like i paid for a gaming laptop that don't work. Am i understanding whats happening here correct... medion have some driver update in the background that don't work on release and make the gaming laptop not function properly and no official fix to it.
