@djupstrom ,   There is a fix method for your problem. it's easy to apply if you respect the steps detailed here. Important is to uninstall only the Control Center Service application from app list in Control Panel.  I have Medion Beast X25 model 30031783 with RTX3070 and reparation procedure worked perfeclyt!  Please try! Give a chance to this computer. I must admitted that the reaction of Support Center was pretty good taking in consideration that the number of machines sold is not very high. Please remember that kind of mistakes could happed, I'm referred to sending OTA an unchecked soft or FW. Hello,   I follow this topic very close lately because my new X25 30031783 had the same issues with sound and video low performance. But, the solution presented in FAQ works for me and now, the computer came back on full capacity. this solve sound, graphics and some minor stuff like CapsLock key LED. Thanks for proacivity!     ...
