Have you tried changing changing what drive it boots to in the Bios? It might be trying to boot into the M2 drive rather then windows drive. If this dont work take your windows drive out, and try to install a fresh windows on the new M2 to see if its faulty or not. Also try booting into your windows drive via the boot menu key not sure wich one it is maybe f2.

I still havent recieved myn? I have been calling for weeks. Everytime I ring they just keep telling me they are going to email there tech department. Kind frustrating since I keep telling them I need it for work. I would request a refund from where you bought it.

Oh, usually if it dont ask for a key then its activated. If u cant activate it in windows then its probaly invalid. It dont really matter what version of windows you have. If u have a pro key but have the home version the key will install the pro version when the key is entered.

I sent my laptop back a month ago, was told my parts were coming last week. Today i have recieved a text saying they are still waiting for the parts. Cant see it coming back anytime soon.

Turn it off using the power button hold it down, if this dont work do a fresh windows install. Create a Windows 10 iso using a usb. To install Windows, turn on usb boot option in the bios. When you get to what drive you want to install it too, shift+f10, type in diskpart and clean the disk. You wont need another activation key your motherboard will remeber your key.

Hi, Do you mean the Windows activation code? If you have re-installed Windows it should already be activated as your motherboard should have a key assigned to it.

Hi, Can someone please provide a walkthrough on how to get the back off to access HDD, Ram etc. I want to upgrade my HDD but dont know how to get it off, I undone all the screws but seems like it stuck somehow where the ethernet port is? I could not get it off.
