How do I restart the system diagnostics of the MEDION Service App if it hangs?
During system diagnostics, it can happen that the process hangs during the installation of a Windows update or gets stuck while checking the CPU, GPU, SSD / HDD or RAM.
Reboot and / or restart the app. If the problem still persists, go to Custom Diagnosis in the Diagnose area.
Run Scan & Repair Windows there.
If necessary, the Microsoft Store app can be reinstalled.
Then run Update Windows & Drivers in the custom diagnosis.
The system is then checked, repaired and up to date with the latest available updates. The system diagnostics can now be run for verification.
⚠️Attention⚠️ If this does not help, it is either not possible to repair the system and the operating system must be reinstalled after the data backup. If reinstalling the operating system does not resolve the error, it may be a hardware defect. The troubleshooter in the MEDION service portal and the chat can be used to find a solution.
