Hi zusammen,   ich störe euren Plausch nur ungern, aber wie sagte man früher bei WimThoelke? "Ich möchte lösen...!" Der MEDION ERAZER P67015 MD 34871 PC hat in der Tat zwei WLAN-Antennen im Lieferumfang, die allerdings bei der Ersatzteil-Komponenten im Serviceshop (noch) nicht gelistet werden. Hab das mal angestoßen.   @InFllames: Nach kurzem Plausch mit dem Supply-Team magst Du bitte diesen Artikel (20066076) im Serviceshop bestellen.   So, nun dürft ihr wieder nach Lust und Laune..Horrido!   Major ToM       ... Hi @Mussichdas ,   ich schließe mich den "Temperaturargumenten" meines Vorredners an und möchte hinzufügen, dass es nach über sieben Jahren gut möglich ist, dass die Wärmeleitpaste erneuert werden könnte, nur geben die gemessenen Temperaturen imho dafür noch nicht unbedingt Anlass. Das "Rauschen" ist ein typisches Lüftergeräusch und sollte belegen, dass dieser noch ordnungegemäß arbeitet. Schau doch einfach mal nach, indem Du die fünf Schrauben an der Unterseite entfernst, ob der Lüfter ggf. "zugesetzt" ist und reinige ihn vorsichtig, z.B. mit einem Blasebalg (bitte keine Druckluft verwenden!)   Viele Grüße   Major ToM ... Meer weergeven

Hi @Tedddy & @coolj ,   zunächst hat mir unsere Qualitätssicherung mitgeteilt, dass sie das Szenario an einem baugleichen Testgerät nachgestellt und keinerlei Geschwindigkeitsunterschiede festgestellt haben,was die Geschichte natürlich nicht einfacher macht. Gründe hierfür gibt es sicherlich mehr als ein halbes Dutzend wie z.B. neben den (hier bereits thematisierten) Kabeln installierte Geräte- wie auch Komponententreiber, lokale Systemeinstellungen, Konfiguration der Windows-Update Funktionalität, Router-Einstellungen, zusätzlich eingebundene, weitere Geräte... kurzum.. es ist nicht einfach,   @coolj : Versuche es bitte einmal mit diesem Bios in der Version N.1.08MED05_EC_1.06.00_20240304, dass ebenfalls über den Geräte-Manager eingebunden werden kann und denke bitte daran, mich in Deiner Antwort mit dem @ Zeichen zu "taggen", da sonst die Gefahr besteht, dass ich die AW unter hunderten weiterer Nachrichten übersehe.   Edit: Neben den oben bereits verwendeten Wi-Fi Treiber ist natürlich auch das Routermodell (z.B. Hallo @coolj , Datumsangaben sind nicht selten Schall und Rauch, bei Software/Treiber/Bios versionen ist das einzig Entscheidende die Versionsnummer. Habe nach Rücksprache mit de Qualitätssicherung noch eine einfacher zu installierende, signierte Variante der Bios version NMED1.23 bekommen, die Du hier herunterladen und über den Gerätemanager installieren kannst.   Viele Grüße   Major ToM ... HI @Mach59 ,   thanks for the information, which helped to identify your machine.   @Mach59    "...then started the update process whilst windows was running. The issue occurred because I restarted the laptop too soon.."   With all my respect, but this is the worst thing you ever can do, when running a Bios update, so I fear the laptop may unfortunately be completely gone. What can we do now? With Windows 10 OS operating the (final) Bios version should be V 7.03, which i zipped as a complete archive to be downloaded here.   In the (rather unlikely) case, the the Bios chip hasn´t been destroyed, you will have to find someone, who is able to exchange the Bios chip and program the attached .rom file from the "Factory" folder onto the new Bios chip.   I have no product sample in hand, so I´m not able to provide more helpful assistance on that... very sorry about it. 😕   Cheers   Major ToM   ... Hi @Ricou ,   had to decline the picture due to the fact, that it contains the serial number, but I nevertheless was able to figure out your specific hardware configuration. You own a MSI MS7800 V 2.x mainboard, which can be updated up to Bios version 2.09, which can be downloaded here    Please ensure to have all other applications (especially background applications) closed, before starting the update procedure.   +++Installation guide+++ 1. Unzip the downloaded file into a created folder on your harddisk. 2. Run the file flash.bat from Windows™ surface. 3. If a "WFlash Warning" appears, press OK to execute the update. 4. The system must be rebooted automatically for the changes to become effective. Attention: Please be aware that you noticed the original bios setting before starting the update, because some values may have changed afterwards. Hi @lemon, welcome the the MEDION Community.   thank you for your question and the appropriate solution 😉 Before finishing the complete post I was asking myself, if the cause might be a combination of driver, cable and the dp adapter, but yeah.. setting back the driver to factory settings is always a good idea after any kind of issues..   Cheers and maybe you also can provide some further feedback after a few weeks or a few updates 😉   Major ToM ... Hi @Mach59 ,   we and our Community folks would surely like to assist you on your question,but there´s lots of information to be provided from your side.   First of all we need the 8-digit- MSN article numner (3001xxxx) which is placed on a sticker onto the lower case of the laptop to identify your machine. Which operating system are you running, where did you download which version of the update (Win8 or Win 10) and did you ever tried updating the Bios via the Win Update functionality (including optional updates?). Da wir den ERAZER Engineer P10 MD 34485 PC in nur einer festgelegten Konfiguration vertrieben haben, kann ich Dir empfehlen, in Deiner Problematik diese FAQ zu Gemüte zu führen und sicherzustellen,dass Du die aktuellste Bios-Version installiert hast. Hi @skotlanti ,   I´m a bit unsure, bout my opinon, due to the fact, that I didn´t find any similar configuration of your system with a B360H4-EM in combination with a GTX 1650 D6 OC 4GB card. The 1650 has a bigger power consumption as the 1050, whichg can turn out to be a factor becaus of your current PSUP , which has 250 Watts.   I´d give it a try   Major ToM ... Meer weergeven

Hi @popus_czy_to_ty ,   afaIk we did not implement any further Bios options except of those needed for the installation of the shipped OS andI also have no version documentation of the V 1.07.05.RME1. Hi @Juze-81 ,   we´re not completely sure about that, because our most powerful configuration with the B660H7-M20 has been with a RTX3070 8GB GDDR6 graphics card variant. Both cards have a similar power consumption, but depending on the model the RTX 4060 Ti could turn out to be almost 10 cm longer, so you would like have to check, if this fits to your current housing configuraton.   Cheers   Major ToM ...
