Hi @Palote2024 and welcome
Open the device and disconnect the battery and CMOS battery for 10 minutes. After reconnecting, then go into BIOS and load optimized default settings.

Sorry, but this is non quite correct. If the Bios is corrupt or even just disguised, it would be better before flashing a Bios update, to have it set to defaults. And usually with the most Medion bios-updates you have to be in Windows to flash a bios.
But actually with a Medion OEM Bios there are normally no such settings which blocks entering the bios, or darkens the screen.
Did you see some bios messages on the screen, or does it stay completely black?
So I guess or you did something wrong, or not using the right commands to enter Bios. If pressing the F2 key doesn't work then try tapping the F10 key when you switch the PC on, or press first and hold the F10 key and, then switch the laptop on (alternativly it could be with your Laptop the F8 or F7 key.). Test them all.
If it works you get the isolated boot menu on the screen, the lower entry (Bios Setup), gives you access to the bios.

Hello
I haven't touched anything special in the bios. The laptop would not start due to problems with the hard drive and Windows 11 would not install. That's why I went to the bios.
Now, never see the screen on (always dark) but when I press the start button the laptop works even though you can't see it.
That's why I think it's the corrupted bios. Maybe because of the continuous reboots of the hard drive.
Maybe better to use the warranty and not touch anything else.

Hello @Palote2024 ,
,that sounds more like a hard drive or graphics problem. You should take advantage of the warranty if it is still available.

This you should have said in the first post. So you have surely problems with the SSD. Take it out and try to boot then, the way I suggested in Post 4 -> test to boot into Bios with the F10 tab pressed and held while switchíng on (or F7 tab, or F8, depending on the Laptop.). To take the SS out does not disturb your Guarantee; as long as you carefully open the case.
On the other hand you bought it without an OS; so they might argue it's not there problem if you do not manage to install an Operating System.
But possibly the SSD is defective, which you could test before.
