I cant find bios Medion laptop E14409 (MD62389) (MSN30033663)

I think I changed some parameters in the bios and now laptop cant boot. The screeen is black and cant enter at bios . I try to install a new bios but I cant find. I hope someone find me .

Open the device and disconnect the battery and CMOS battery for 10 minutes. After reconnecting, then go into BIOS and load optimized default settings.

buT I not want open the laptop because still in warranty so I think will be more easy add a new bios but I cant find.

I not understand why I have all drivers but bios not exist in medion web
